Just How Important Is CRP?

Health Insider: Cholesterol  July 16, 2009

Last year a widely-publicized study suggested that people with elevated levels of C-reactive protein (CRP)—a marker of inflammation associated with heart disease—could reduce their heart attack risk by taking a statin, which lowers CRP as well as cholesterol.
