FDA Insulin Alert: What You Should Really Look Out For

Did you hear that long-acting Levemir insulin may be dangerous to use? Well, that’s not the whole story: The FDA has issued an alert just for specific batches of the hormone that the manufacturer, Novo Nordisk, reports were stolen and then put back into circulation. They may not have been stored properly and should not be used.
